With Chris anything is possible. But he’s definitely said the ‘Court’ several times, and as much as he does get muddled up with things, surely even Chris knows the difference from a Police Station and the actual Court Building on Abbey Rd or wherever it is.
I’m only guessing here, because as many times as i’ve been up in Court, it’s never been for seized equipment, but i would of thought if they have fully examined his hard drives and found nothing illegal, wouldn’t they just bring his equipment back and give him formal notice that all charges are dropped?

If he really is going to court that is a private matter.
