Because he drops his alcohol (that usually somebody else has donated for) then he\u00a0<em>deserves\u00a0<\/em> his \u00a3200 a week, plus free rent, plus free Council Tax \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Though one thing you have to admit. He is entertainment. When he&#8217;s bad, he&#8217;s bad.
