Having watched this over and over again, there is no way this is a genuine breakdown. For a start, i’ve watched Nellie’s casts long enough to know that he doesn’t let the Internet get to him, especially to get him in this state.

Also, notice how there isn’t a single tear seen on his face at any time? Even if by some strange medical condition, he can’t produce tears, then why would he feel the need to keep wiping and rubbing his left eye, yet not touch the right eye?
