Sounds like a no brainer right? But when alcohol gets in to your system, you don’t think rationally like you would sober and the ‘it won’t happen to me’ thought takes over. Now before we go any further, no, he wasn’t falling about drunk, but he had been drinking and then took a stupid risk, for himself and the innocent public.
