You may have noticed it’s been quiet round here the last few days. This was because, thanks to all you guys, we were a new post or two away from exceeding our allocated bandwidth. You may also have noticed the site was running a bit sluggish and was down quite a lot recently.
As you can see, the site has had 4 hours downtime in the last 7 days alone. Plus the load times are not good at all.
So we have upgraded to Cloud servers, with more RAM, a lot more bandwidth, faster SSD’s and more powerful CPU.
Hopefully it will run a lot quicker now and will have better than 97% uptime 🙂

Unlike Mark, the bigger we grow, the bigger servers we will use and NEVER use ads and NEVER EVER ask for, or take a penny of anybody’s money.

Karl the upload is definately faster, i just left a comment hit send and i usually wait for a good 20 seconds or more before it finishes. I’m not that technical so forgive the basic here with just saying it was gone in an instant which is great so thank you for making a good site even better. Mark Vaughn & Miss Scruffy please take note of how it should be done 🙂
Great! There might come a time when we need to upgrade again, but shouldn’t be for a long time i hope. So far the response speeds have been good, but it’s only been a day, so i will keep monitoring it and tweak here and there if necessary.
